Praecuro has now been working in our organization for over a year. It is a very user-friendly application in which all information from registering a client to the declaration process is easy to process, edit and consult. In addition, the supplier listens to the wishes and input of the users and thinks along to further optimize the application and realize it in the short term. Very nice! It is definitely recommended to request a demo if you are looking for a user-friendly application for the smaller healthcare organization that provides day care.
As a Financial Controller, I provide my services to several clients. The Praecuro software was developed for one of those customers. This provides me with exactly the information I need to keep an eye on the financial side of the organization with regard to daytime activities. In addition, the quick response from the helpdesk and expansion/development of new needs is particularly pleasant.
After more than a year of experience with Praecuro, I can only say that we have not regretted it for a second. After extensive market orientation, we chose Praecuro because it is truly a day care system, not a system for more demanding forms of care that includes day care 'on the side' and is therefore much too heavy and expensive for us. Praecuro is simply a very nice system that does exactly what we need: store client information, plan and register attendance and transport, connect to our declaration system and provide the necessary management information. And that is very user-friendly. The supplier is very approachable and provides very good service. In short: we are very satisfied.
Praecuro is a very user-friendly and clear program to work with. For example, registrations and deregistrations are easy to process and clearly viewed, there is also plenty of room for additions.Information is categorically stored well and can be found easily and quickly.The Praecuro program is self-explanatory via the dashboard.
