As a Financial Controller I provide my services to several clients. The Praecuro software was developed for 1 of those customers. It provides me with exactly the information I need to keep an eye on the financial side of the organization with regard to daytime activities. In addition, the quick response of the helpdesk and the expansion/development of new needs is particularly pleasant.
After more than a year of experience with Praecuro, I can only say that we have not regretted it for a second. After an extensive market orientation, we opted for Praecuro because it really is a day care system, not a system for heavier forms of care that 'adds' day care and is therefore far too heavy and expensive for us. Praecuro is simply a very nice system that does exactly what we need: store client information, plan and register attendance and transport, connect to our expense claim system and provide the necessary management information. And that very user-friendly. The supplier is very approachable and provides very good service. In short: we are very satisfied.
Praecuro is a very user-friendly and well-arranged program to work with. For example, registrations and cancellations are easy to process and view clearly, there is also enough space for additions.Information is stored categorically well and can be retrieved quickly and easily.The Praecuro program is self-explanatory via the dashboard.
